How amazing is the gospel? After spending the last 2 months in an in depth study of the gospel I can see clearly now why there is need for the gospel in our lives. I feel as if the scales from my eyes were lifted as I got a better handle of what it means to be truly free through Christ's grace. During this last mission trip, God has shown me the true intent of what he wanted me to accomplish during the mission trip. Through the training, the message from Pastor Tony at BIC and the general conviction for the need to come home, I know now what I must do. Thank you Jesus for setting me free from sin and please help me to spread the truth within the body of believers at Pathway.
Jesus,
Thank you for your grace and truth that we are no longer slaves to sin, but free by your grace. You made me righteous when we were and still are sinners by believing in your resurrecting power. Holy Spirit, help me to love you more, so that my actions will be come an overflow of that love. Allow me diligence and a new found fire to ignite the dry spiritual lives of the people I'm surrounded by. I pray God that you do the work and just allow me to be the hands and feet of that Gospel message.
