Day 117

Morning weight: 188 lbs.

I decided to take more accurate measurements every Saturday morning during my binge day, including weekly pictures that i shall upload. Once I get my last set of pills I'm going to start the PAGG stacking as well as working out more regularly. I will also incorporate cold exposure to increase the metabolism rate.

Going to be tougher, but I'll get there sooner or later. The diet has been doable and I don't have any real craving at the moment.

Day 119

I decided to do a countdown than a count up. Easier to track since i have a end goal.

After my two day binging (thanks to the superbowl) im at 194lbs. Ill be starting my regiment soon as i get my hands on poliosacanol.

Meals

Breakfast:
2 eggs
Green beans
Mix string beans
Cottage cheese
Salsa

Lunch:
Chipotle chicken salad
(Overloaded with corn.. :( )
