Scrambled Eggs (2 eggs + whites from carton)
Black Beans
Frozen Chopped Spinach

Lunch #1
1 Seasoned Grilled Pork Chop
Black Beans
Grilled Asparagus
Half an Avocado

Lunch #2
Tons of Baby Carrots (too many... its a bad thing T_T)

Dinner
Tri-tip salad:
Half an Avocado
Baby Spinach
Cherry Tomatoes
Balsamic Vinaigrette
Baby Carrots

Finished with a Glass of wine
